In the rapidly changing world of real estate, staying updated on market trends and adopting innovative sales strategies is crucial. Notably, experts like Zaheer Babar, the CEO of Pearl Marketing, are in high demand for their valuable insights. Recently, Mr. Zaheer Babar, CEO of Pearl Marketing, was invited to a Park View City Partner Spotlight Podcast.
During this insightful conversation, Mr. Zaheer Babar sheds light on the current market situation, highlighting the unique challenges and opportunities presented by Park View City. He mentions that Pearl Marketing joined hands with Park View City during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic in June 2020. They became an official sales partner, marking the beginning of a fruitful collaboration. Since then, they’ve achieved significant milestones and built a strong, long-lasting relationship with Park View City, which they believe will endure for a long time.
Looking back on the past two years, Mr. Zaheer Babar was asked about Pearl Marketing’s growth during difficult times. He acknowledged that a real estate company’s success often depends on the reputation of the brand it associates with. Transitioning from working with housing societies near the airport to the dynamic brand of Park View City was a crucial step. This period saw rapid growth for both Park View City and Pearl Marketing, making them recognized brands worldwide. Mr. Zaheer Babar credits this success to Mr. Fareed Zaka Bajwa, Director of Sales and Marketing.
Regarding the current market situation, Mr. Zaheer Babar acknowledged that many people perceive the market to be slow. However, he pointed out that those who work hard and persist continue to thrive. Despite the market’s perceived slowdown, Pearl Marketing has been recognized as the Sales Star of the Month, highlighting its remarkable performance.
Mr. Zaheer Babar explains how Parkview City’s transition from file-based systems to plot-based systems has increased transparency and customer satisfaction. This change has been well-received, especially by overseas clients who found the traditional file system confusing. Having a plot mapped out, along with clear possession terms, has greatly improved client satisfaction.
He emphasized that Park View City offers an affordable option for middle-class families. He mentioned how easy it is to purchase a 5-marla plot with a 25% down payment and then build your dream home in Park View City, which is just a short 15-minute drive from Islamabad’s Blue Area. He considers Park View City to be like a CDA sector of Islamabad, with similar scenic value to D-12 but at a much lower cost. He also mentioned that at the start plot price was around 3 to 4 crores and right now it’s trading in 11 to 12 crores so basically it has grown 3x.
Mr. Zaheer Babar also discusses Downtown Park View City, emphasizing that the commercial area is transforming into Islamabad’s downtown. He mentions the ongoing work on a dancing fountain, set to be inaugurated on December 31st, making it the first project in Pakistan to introduce such a feature.
Regarding plot prices, Mr. Zaheer Babar highlighted significant growth, with prices increasing since the initial introduction. Additionally, Parkview City has introduced 8-kanal highrise plots, extending a warm invitation to builders from Lahore and Karachi to collaborate and witness the substantial difference in rates between Park View City and the Blue Area. Their goal is to establish a well-known brand with Park View City, and they believe they are well on their way to achieving that goal.
