Pearl Marketing is thrilled to highlight the incredible success of the Downtown Delight event held at Park View City. This two-day extravaganza brought together an enthusiastic crowd for an unforgettable experience filled with entertainment, networking, and community spirit. This event was graced by titans of industry, such as Mr. Zaheer Babar and Mohsin Iqbal, among others. 

A Spectacular Start to Downtown Delight

The event kicked off with a bang as attendees were treated to a mesmerizing dancing fountain show. The fountains, choreographed to perfection, illuminated the night with their stunning display of water, light, and music. The sight of water jets dancing in harmony with the vibrant lights and energetic music set the perfect tone for the event.

Sports and Camaraderie

One of the most exciting highlights of Downtown Delight was the live screening of the India-Pakistan cricket match. Fans gathered around the big screen, cheering and celebrating together, creating an electric atmosphere of camaraderie and sportsmanship. The shared enthusiasm for the match brought together people from all walks of life, united in their love for cricket.

Networking Opportunities at Downtown Delight

Major real estate players graced the event. Several deals were closed for construction and many of the people in attendance also bought plots in Park View City Phase 2. 

The Showstopper: Dancing Fountains

The largest dancing fountain show, which runs daily from 7 PM to 11 PM every 30 minutes, was undoubtedly the star of the event. Families and individuals alike were captivated by the spectacular performances, which have become a beloved attraction at Park View City. The dancing fountains, with their intricate choreography and dazzling lights, provided a magical experience that left everyone in awe.

These dancing fountains have a daily schedule which is followed daily and families flock to Park View City, especially on weekends, in order to make the best of their time. These dancing fountains are operational 7 days a week.

Overseas block handover

The Overseas block which has recently been handed over to would be home builders so that they can build their dream home. Potential customers mingled with construction and marketing firms to build their dream home for them. 

Those who had cleared their payments before June of 2023 are open to building their houses in the Overseas Block.

Already major companies are moving into to build these houses. Pearl has also won several contracts to construct houses in the Overseas Block. 

A nail-biting match

The live India Pakistan match had everyone on the edge of their seats as the two arch rivals battled it out against each other. Sadly, it was not our day. Pakistan fought long and hard to try to beat long time rivals India. However, it was not to be and India beat Pakistan after a tough fight.
